The Vision Behind dMix 128 and Violet Audio<\/h3>

The Return to World-Class Audio Innovation with a global development team.<\/p>

With over 40 years of experience in the professional audio industry, veteran touring sound engineer and electronics designer Daniel Olesh is no stranger to innovation. From the launch of SM Pro Audio in 2000 with the full team of development engineers to the sale of its export arm to HARMAN in 2014\u2014contributing core technologies to Soundcraft, DBX, and AKG\u2014 then with a 2 year stint as CTO at Loud (Mackie) assisting in creating the technologies that helped sell the company to RODE, his impact on global audio manufacturing is unmistakable. The dMix range of digital mixing consoles is not just another product line\u2014it is the result of decades of deep industry insight and proven innovation. Many in the industry are familiar with the Soundcraft Ui24R, a product still in wide use today. \n\t\tFrom SM Pro to Violet Audio and DSPRO: A Proven Team\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t

The dMix project is being driven by Violet Audio, an Australian brand with a rich history in Dolby\/DTS processors and digital patch bays. Violet Audio was recently reactivated as the central brand entity for this new venture. In collaboration with long-time technology partner DSPRO from Brazil, an important parter which has the legacy of creating Digital Audio networks and Remote stage boxes, the team has invested heavily in the research, development, and production of the dMix range. DSPRO has a long history in the field with successful products and a deep understanding of the requirements needed to create tour grade hardware. <\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This collaboration reunites the core innovators who were instrumental in shaping earlier digital mixer technologies. Among them is George Yohng, a renowned DSP and Firmware engineer who played a major role in the development of the Ui24\u2019s signal processing platform.
